Empowering the Next Generation

Our mission is simple: Building character, confidence, and leadership for the next generation.

Open to girls ages 10–17, we provide opportunities to grow through weekly meetings, camping adventures, leadership training, and hands‑on skill development. Along the way, Scouts make new friends, learn life lessons in the classroom of the outdoors, and create their own adventures.

We are a vibrant youth organization dedicated to empowering girls through scouting experiences.
Our focus is on fostering leadership, adventure, and community service.

Weekly Meetings

Troop 2319 meets on Mondays from 7 - 8:15 PM.  Our meetings blend structure, fun, and leadership. It usually lasts about 60–75 minutes and includes opening ceremonies, skill instruction, hands‑on practice, planning for upcoming activities, and a closing reflection. The goal is to keep Scouts engaged, learning, and growing in confidence and character.

Weekly meetings are described as the “glue” that holds a troop together, keeping Scouts connected and motivated.

Meetings are run by Scouts themselves, with adults guiding from the sidelines. This builds confidence and responsibility.

A mix of fun, learning, and planning ensures Scouts leave feeling energized and proud of their progress

Outdoor Adventures

Scouting troops thrive on outdoor adventures that range from camping and hiking to high‑adventure treks and service projects. These experiences build teamwork, resilience, and leadership while giving Scouts the chance to explore nature and create lasting memories

Leadership Training

Scouting America offers a structured leadership training  — from introductory troop skills to advanced courses like National Youth Leadership Training (NYLT). These programs use hands‑on challenges, teamwork, and reflection to help Scouts grow into confident leaders who can guide peers, serve communities, and become the leaders our nation needs
