Troop 2319 was founded in the fall of 2025 by five girls from across the Tulsa area who were eager and excited to not only be Scouts, but to embrace every adventure on their path to Eagle. These young women shared a vision: to build a troop in Midtown Tulsa where girls could grow in character, confidence, and leadership, while also teaching and guiding younger Scouts through the experiences they themselves had enjoyed.

The troop’s number — 2319 — carries a playful meaning. In a famous movie about monsters crossing into the human world, “Code 2319” is the emergency contamination call when a monster comes into contact with a human item (like a sock!). The girls loved the idea: sometimes life feels like a Code 2319, chaotic and overwhelming, but with your fellow “monsters” by your side, you can get through anything together. This inside joke became a symbol of their troop’s spirit — resilience, teamwork, and fun even in the face of challenges.

Troop 2319 is more than a number. It represents a group of young women determined to blaze their own trail in Scouting America, building traditions, making memories, and preparing to lead as the next generation of Eagles.
