Troop Planning Conference
The Troop Annual Planning Conference is the youth leadership team’s opportunity to shape and plan the upcoming Scouting year. The Senior Patrol Leader leads the PLC to set goals, and build a month‑by‑month schedule of events, activities, service projects, camp outs and more!
Once done, the Troop leaves with a clear, youth‑driven roadmap for the year ahead.
