The Order of the Arrow (OA) is Scouting America’s national honor society. It recognizes Scouts who best exemplify the Scout Oath and Law through leadership, service, and camping excellence. Known as the “Brotherhood of Cheerful Service,” OA members are elected by their peers and commit to serving others, mentoring youth, and preserving Scouting traditions
